I am an Architectural photographer based in Dayton. I work in Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, and West Virginia.

I wish to collaborate with my clients and to never lose sight of their goals. My success depends upon their success and I will keep this in mind every time I create a photograph. My down to earth work ethic and friendly nature make the process of photography an absolute joy for myself and my clients. Whether I am composing a striking architectural structure, interior space or beautiful landscape design, my goal is always to capture the aesthetic beauty of the scene.

I offer clean, professional results and specialize in photographing Architecture, and interior spaces. My day to day projects are mostly Residential & Commercial Real Estate Listings. I have also worked for Interior Designers, Stagers, New Construction, & frequently photograph (AIR-BNB) Short-term Rental properties.

As your photographer I make the best use of my time with a very efficient shooting style and hard work ethic. My level of skill in Photoshop enables me to work faster on location and get more shots done, which offers value to my clients. I am a licensed drone pilot, adding a camera in the sky to my arsenal, for elevated/aerial photography.

Residential Real Estate:

1. Pricing: 1&2 Bed Small homes = $150 : 3&4 Bed Medium homes = $175 : 5+Bedrooms larger homes $200 : That’s for Interior, Exterior & Aerial photos.

2. Fast turn-around: Photographs delivered to you within 24hrs.

3. Sorted & Sized right: Photos organized into an album & sized properly for your local MLS & Websites.

4. Virtual Staging: Living room, Office, Bedroom, Kitchen & Bathroom furniture added digitally using photoshop AI Tools: $20 Per photo.

5. Twilight Photos: 5 or 6 additional exterior shots taken at twilight. add-on $150.

6. Seasonal Update policy: If it's still for sale in 3 months? I re-shoot the exterior for FREE.

7. Booking a shoot: Please try to contact me at least 3 or 4 days ahead of time.

8. Photos sent: via Dropbox to your email.

9. Aerial photos: 5 to 10 depending on the size of the property.

10. Residential Real Estate: All photos are sold with a single-use License. (No re-sale or distribution without permission).
